Mission Statement
- I believe that every yoga practice is a 3-D work of art, like a live concert that will never happen exactly in the same way with the same people in the same place again.
- I believe that to be human is to be constantly weighed, measured, and found wanting. Yoga offers us time and space to see, acknowledge, and release the negative effects on the body and mind. I believe we create these negative effects ourselves; it is a natural tendency of the mind.
- Our regular asana (pose) and pranayama (breath) practice encourages this inner critic to take a back seat every time we come to the mat. My mission is to make each experience with yoga a pleasant one.
